What do we know about the Rapture itself?
In common terms for those who have read the Bible the rapture is an event in which Jesus Christ comes near Earth in the clouds to call those who have died in Christ to resurrection into their new bodies, and after that, those who are still alive in Christ will be caught up in a flash and will be entering instantly into their new bodies. So those who are alive at that the rapture event will not taste death.
The references to the Bible will come later when we look at the events and how to place them. We'll also describe the events in more detail.
The validity of the question lies within how the Bible describes this event and that this it is understood without any doubt that the event is a rapture. So that will be the core focus of this question.
Investigation focus:
All that is understood to be the rapture in Bible references, is that indeed the rapture?
