Why does one need to be saved? |
Editing: 04-04-2026
The knowledge of why you need to be saved has to with who God is. Only by knowing God you understand why you need to be saved. I am going to make this as simple as I can.
God is Holy, Holy, Holy. I say "Holy" three times because of utter respect for God. His angels also sing this three times. But, you may only have a glimpse of want is meant by Holy. In the literal sense Holy means set - aside, or different. And the impact of the Holiness of God is in His Character. God is perfect, good and righteous. We are not like God. That sets God aside from us. But to make no mistake, we were created in His image, knowing good and evil (when the fall came). Thus we know good and evil, but God is only good, we are in the unsaved state already condemned because we are bad.
Another way to know God is by His laws. One particular one that condems all of humanity is: "the wages of sin is death". And death means hell for eternity, being set aside from the presence of God. So, the question is, how can we live with God, if we all deserve death? All have sinned young and old. So God actually says, if you want to be in my presence, read heaven, you'll have to be holy. And that is where the Gospel comes into view.
Jesus Christ showed the world who the God the Father is by always showing the character of God and the works He was set out to do, obeying the Father. Jesus, the Son of Man, the only begotten Son of God the Father, lived sinless among men and conquered death because being innocent He received full punishment of the Wrath of God on the cross for our sins. Someone had to pay for our sins, who was perfect like God.
Allthough the Jews themselves did not know the redemption plan of God for the whole world for Jews and gentiles; Jesus was made to suffer, as the Lam for the slaughter, for the sins of the world. This is how Holy God is, as he distances Himself and puts Jesus Christ in the middle - as He is the mediator for the saved.
Therefore, any sinner who puts his Faith in Jesus Christ, and wants to put sin aside, will be saved.
God does not warn you of the devil, He warns you from HIMSELF. Because He will be your judge.
Jesus already conquered death, and defeated satan. So for a true Christian, Satan is no more a threat to salvation once you are saved. Because the Father keeps those who are saved. A true Christian is a saved Christian. Unfortunately there are many many Christians who believe in Jesus Christ but are not saved. To those Jesus will say: "I never knew you".
So what does being saved mean, how does that work? Well John 3:16 says:
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
The word believe here is not just believe in itself, but to follow Jesus Christ, and know the Father. Because again, a lot of so called Christians believe but their hearts are far from holiness. Meaning they don't follow. They still love sin and don't actually want to know God or only superficially. Faith is not only by reasoning, but also of the heart.
How do you know God?
Probably you want to know about God before you commit to God, then you need to read the Bible. And listen to pastors, those who search for the Truth of the Bible. And have fellowship with other (saved) Christians who also in search for Truth. But ultimately, being saved means that you have a relationship with the Lord. When you pray, when you study the Word of God. When you walk with God in everyday life. That is when Christ will say, "I know you. You are one of Mine".
Conclusion
The answer to why you need to be saved is because you are already a condemned sinner and you will face judgement. That Judgement will condemn you to hell, which answers what. And God will be your judge, which answers whom.
May you find your way to Christ Jesus, only through Jesus Christ you may receive grace and receive everlasting life in heaven, Amen.

The Only True Purpose of Living |
Edited: 10-05-2026
As we explored earlier in article "The Chance of Life" - which abundantly proves there is no chance at all - we come to the absolute conclusion that God exists, period. There is no way around it.
But then people raise the question why am I alive, why do I exist? The answer is actually very simple.
We are not alive that we make things for God, and do sacrifices and stuff, because God has no use for them. Things are materialistic and God can create anything that you can. So that cannot be it. God is Spirit and lives in a higher realm the we do. And we exist because of Him and in Him.
God made all of this for a purpose. God gave us life and free will. Not just to do what we want, no - because what we do will have consequences. But to give us the chance to know Him. To give Him glory for all He has made, and for creating life, for creating Us.
God wants us to seek Him, to have a relationship with Him, to be like holy like Him and to give Him glory. Because life with free will is the most pressious gift of God.
And Jesus Christ, the Word, Who spoke creation into exisitence and because He is the substitute for our sins for He died for us on the cross, He Who was without sin became the ransome for our freedom to receive grace to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Christ is the way and the life, for His Glory, and God the Father and the Holy Spirit, that is why you live.
WE EXIST SOLELY FOR THE GLORY OF GOD
Don't waste time, we are almost out of it, and then for many, it will be too late.
Amen.

How do we give God Glory? |
Edited: 10-05-2026
A few things you must understand about God is His character. God is Righteous - it means He uses His Judgement on everything and everyone. And His Judgement is based on what is True and what is fair. And only God makes those calls. Man's righteousness is nothing to God.
People seem to forget that God is forgiving and gives grace to those who accept Him as their Father, and will do away with sin. That through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ Who is the only way to Heaven. So grace is conditional. And receiving grace has for God nothing, again nothing, to do with earning it. You don't earn zip to God. So your life works do absolutely nothing for you if do not repent. Your works don't get you to heaven. Understand that repenting comes first, then works come later when you have matured in the faith.
So it not by accident that we know about God and Jesus generation after generation. There is structure and purpose to this. God wants everyone to be saved because God has no pleasure in the perishing of the wicked. And that means spreading the Word of God.
The very nature of man opposes God to the core. God Himself said that He is the opposite of this world. That means that man will have no easy task to follow in the steps of God because as God puts it, we are prisoners of sin. And those who want to know the Truth will be set free. Jesus Christ is the way to the Truth and the way to everlasting life.
Then, how do we give God Glory? There are many ways:
- Prayer - always ask anything from the Father in Christ's name.
- Show people that your accomplishments are not of yourself but of Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit, give God the Glory not yourself.
- Sing along in worship.
- Proclaim the Gospel to non-believers. Bring people to God so they may be saved, and to give God Glory.
- Help your brothers and sisters in church service or in other ways. Because the church service is there for the Glory of God.
- Study the Bible with others in fellowship to understand the Word better so to know God better.
- Show the world that your light is shining - even in the worst of times. Meaning you know God is near you, with you all the way.
Amen

If you "believe" what is it that you are to believe? |
Edited: 10-05-2026
Again, with reference to article "The Chance of Life" - we know that God exists, there is really no belief here. It's an undisputable fact.
The "believing" is really something that is weak within man. Because man is easily disappointed. God is not like a genie in box fulfilling your every wish. Your belief really has to be purposed and matched with what is written in the Bible. The Bible tells you what you can expect from God. God makes promises and covenants. God deals only in Truth. So, you can count on all what the Word says is True. The Word maybe written by a lot of indiviuals, but it written in the inspiration and guidance of the Holy Ghost; as says the Bible.
God exists period, and what you are to believe, is what is written in the Word. Let me give you a few examples:
- Jesus said, no-one can add an extra hour to his life, so what are you worried about eating and clothing, seek the Kingdom first and all you need will be given to you. So do not seek to worry about what you shall eat or thinking in materials - seek God and let Him take care of you. So let go, don't be a prisoner of your security. And if God decides it is time to go, you go.
- Never assume your prayer is not heared. God hears all. The prayers of the saints go up in the golden altar in heaven were prayers rise in the smoke. Gods knows all who pray, and praying helps. It is the communication line with God. And God may respond in events. No-one has bilaterals with God.
- God chastides His children when they do wrong - although He is long suffering - He may decide to teach you a lesson. Don't be surprised if He does, but smile and don't be bitter, because you know your Father does it for good.
Besides these few things, which is very handy for knowing how to live - but there is so much more. The Bible is also a very accurate history book for the past and the future. Prophecies are being fulfilled frequently; especially now because we are living in the end-time and the following decade could be the last we will see.
All what the Bible says is true. Thát is what we believe.
Amen.
