Rapture Study Introduction
For those who not know what the Rapture is, here is an introduction to what it is. If you are a true Christian then you have repented of your sin, accepted Jesus Christ as your savior, and at some point in time by the Grace of the God the Father you are spiritually reborn. That means the at that point the Holy Spirit dwells within you starting your transformation process, that is changing your heart. This is an absolute condition for being a candidate for the Rapture. If the Holy Spirit does not dwell in you, you have not repented and you will not be Raptured.
The Rapture is an event in time that God the Father chooses, and which is unknown to the World and to Christians, but it is before the time of God's Wrath. Because the New Testament says that those who truly of the Lord are not appointed for His Wrath. I do expect that the Rapture and the day of Wrath, also known as the Great Day of the Lord, is fairly close to each other. But at this point it is purely speculation, in fact nobody truly knows when this will happen.
Besides from when it would happen, we are to look out for signs that were given in the Bible to be assess if we are close. So lets look for signs. But lets start of first with the verses that describe the Rapture of God's church.
