For those who not know what the Rapture is, here is an introduction to what it is.

The Rapture is an event in which Christians who are alive on this world will be taken up to heaven. The time of the Rapture is known only to God the Father and no-one else. The Rapture is in the future right after the time of the resurrection of the saints who are asleep in Christ. This in turn is close before the event of the Wrath of God, also known as the Great Day of our Lord. Also the new testament says that the saints who are alive "in that day" are not appointed to Wrath. (These sequences will be layed out in the study articles.)

So, this event the rapture is right after the resurrection of the saints and preceeds the Wrath of God. 

If you are a true Christian then you have repented of your sins, accepted Jesus Christ as your savior and at some point in time by the Grace of God the Father you are spiritually reborn. That means at that point in time the Holy Spirit dwells within you starting your transformation process that will change your heart. This is an absolute (minimal) condition for being a candidate for the Rapture. If the Holy Spirit does not dwell in you, you have not repented and you will not be Raptured.
